demolished walls on all floors.

Dear Mr. Kemmerer:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Conditional Use Permit Application No. 04-10 and
Variance 04-02, submitted March 31, 2004, shall be deemed withdrawn, absent
submittal of plans and applications materials constituting a complete application on or
prior to March 30, 2007. A "withdrawn" status is applied, upon notice and failure to
respond, to applications that remain idle in excess of one year following the most recent
Notice Of Filing Status letter. A withdrawn application may be re-initiated only upon
submittal of a complete application package and payment of the corresponding
application processing fee.
Per our conversation on February 22, 2007, you indicated that your intentions are now
to remove the third floor addition and keep the overall building height below 30'-0", thus
eliminating the need for a conditional use permit. I did mention that your variance
application could also be eliminated if your redesign of the second floor addition
provided a minimum 10-foot rear yard setback. If the above two pending applications
are eliminated staff could process a 50 percent refund of the total application fee of
$5,904.00 (if approved by the supervisor).
