Written Narrative:
This Is a single story addition of 101sq. ft. to the side of the existing home, increasing the
dining room width. A new window, the same height, but 12 inches wider, will replace the
existing window that faces the street.
The reason for the Application for Addition to a Non-Conforming Structure: The existing
dining room is too narrow to accomodate a wheelchair. The window replacement is a style
change to update the look of the home.
Surrounding uses on all sides are single, family dwellings.
Population served would be the current homeowner.
