Structural plans and calculations must be stamped and wet signed by architect/civil engineer licensed b y S t a t e o f C a l i f o r n i a . Energy calculations and structural calculations are required. Review and provide compliance with Title 17 of the City of Huntington Beach Municipal Code, Building a n d C o n s t r u c t i o n . Separate Building, Mechanical, E l e c t r i c a l a n d P l u m b i n g P e r m i t s w i l l b e r e q u i r e d f o r a l l e x t e r i o r accessory elements of the project, including but not limited to: fireplaces, fountains , s c u l p t u r e s , light poles, walls and fences over 42" high, retaining walls over 2' high, detached trellises/patio covers, g a s p i p i n g , w a t e r s e r v i c e , b a c k f l o w a n t i - s i p h o n , e l e c t r i c a l , m e t e r p e d e s t a l s / e l e c t r i c a l panels, swimming pools, storage racks for industrial/commercial projects. I t w i l l b e t h e d e s i g n professional i n c h a r g e , r e s p o n s i b i l i t y t o c o o r d i n a t e a n d s u b m i t t h e d o c u m e n t s f o r t h e w o r k described abo v e . Provide on all plan submittals for building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits, the Conditions o f A p p r o v a l a n d C o d e R e q u i r e m e n t s t h a t a r e a s s o c i a t e d w i t h t h e p r o j e c t t h r o u g h t h e entitlement p r o c e s s . I f t h e r e i s a W Q M P , i t i s r e q u i r e d t o b e a t t a c h e d t o t h e p l u m b i n g p l a n s f o r p l a n check.
