In the review you brought up a great suggestion. And that is to study the idea of changing the existing diagonal parking on site to ninety degrees. Enclosed is a revised design that shows the ninety degree parking and it does significantly increase the amount of parking on site. In the note back, you mentioned 212parking stalls as the base number on site. Jillwe respectfully disagree with that. We have been to the site to measure, and count every single stall. The base number of parking stalls on site is as we provided on the Site Data Summary sheet; 202Stalls. The new plan that we have prepared shows that we can re-stripe, add a 150 foot drive through lane, and add a car wash, and provide 212Parking Stalls. We'd like the ten additional stalls to be used to support the car wash which requires ten stalls. In this scheme we'd have a very limited outdoor seating for Hot Off the Grill. And we would eliminate driveways to alleviate the concerns with that. We'd like for you to review this new scheme. We think it resolves the concerns that have been brought up. Thank you for your continued assistance with this project. Sincerely, 2901W. MacArthur 81 . Suite Number 101 Santa Ana, CA 4 te1.714.427.0370 fax.714.427.0375 LanceBrown,A.I.A.
