Includedimensionsof the existingpedestrianwalkwayandthe widthof the pedestrianwalkwaywiththeoutdoordiningarea. 3. Provideelevationsforthe southandwestportionsof the outdoordiningenclosure; includematerialsanddimensionsforthebarrierandplantersproposedfortheoutdoor diningarea. 4. Provideelevationsforanyfaçadeimprovements. DESIGNRECOMMENDATIONS: The followingitemsare staffrecommendationsto improvethe designof theprojectconsistent withtheCityofHuntingtonBeachDesignGuidelines(Chapter2): 1. Exterior materials and architecturaldetails in the outdoor dining area and the restaurantshouldcomplementeachotherandshouldbestylisticallyconsistent. Uponreceiptofthisletter,thePlanningandBuildingDepartmentprovidesanopportunityforthe applicantto seekclarificationora "SecondOpinion"oftheissuesorrequirementslistedherein.
