Minimumfire accessroadwidthistwenty-fourfeet (24')wide,withthirteenfeetsix inches(13'6")verticalclearance.Fireaccessroadsfrontingcommercialbuildingsshall be a minimumwidthoftwenty-sixfeet (26')wide,withthirteenfeetsixinches(13'6") verticalclearance.ForFireDepartmentapproval,referenceanddemonstrate compliancewith CitySpecification# 401 MinimumStandardsforFireApparatusAccess on the plans.(FD) Note:Therearetwonewparkingstallsbeingproposedonthesouth-east sideoftheparkinglotlocatedbehindsuite21188BeachBlvd.Thesetwo unitsareshowninanareathatispartofourfiredepartmentaccesslane.
