report.Acopyofthestaffreportwillbemailedtoyoupriortothehearing;
IftheprojectisscheduledforZoningAdministratorreview,anexecutivesummarywithstaff's
recommendationfor the projectwill be prepared. A copyof the executivesummarywill be
mailedtoyoupriortothehearing;
If the projectis scheduledforDesignReviewBoard action,no staffreportwillbe prepared,
howeverstaffwilladviseyouofthestaffrecommendationpriortothemeeting.
Generally,the completeprocessingtime from submittalto fmal action by the reviewingbody and
expirationoftheappealperiodisasfollows:
