Friday weareopenfrom6am-6pmwith peakhoursfrom6-9am.Saturdaysweareopen8amto 10am.We runa"Semi-PrivatePersonalTrainingModel" Wehaveupto 3clientswith onecoachperhour,eachon acustomizedprogram.Alloursessionsarebooked24hoursinadvanceandwith ourcurrentstaffing wecanhandleupto 12clientsinanhour.
