Themaximumnumberof students/patronsutilizingthefacilityat anytimeshallnotexceed thenumberof parkingspacesallocatedto thetenantspace. Basedonthe occupiedfloor area(approximately1,650sq.ft.)andtheapplicableparkingstandardofoneparkingspace per200squarefeet,the numberof parkingspacesallocatedis eight(8). Therefore,the numberof studentsshall not exceed eight (8) during any session.Additionally,the instructionalarea shall not exceed75 percentof the total floor area occupiedby the personalenrichmentuse,or 1,238squarefeet. Iftheapplicantcandemonstrate(bya parkinganalysis)thatadditionalparkingspacesmay beallocatedto thetenantspace,thenanincreaseinthemaximumnumberof studentsata timemaybepermittedsubjectto reviewandapprovalbythePlanningDivisionandissuance of a newCertificateof Occupancybythe BuildingDivision.No newAdministrativePermit shallberequired. INFORMATIONONSPECIFICCODEREQUIREMENTS AdministrativePermitNo. 14-008shall not becomeeffectiveuntil the ten-calendarday appealperiodhaselapsed.(HBZSOSection241.14) AdministrativePermitNo. 14-008shallbecomenullandvoid unlessexercisedwithinone year of the date of final approvalor suchextensionof time as may be grantedby the Directorpursuantto awrittenrequestsubmittedtothe PlanningDepartmenta minimum30 dayspriortotheexpirationdate.(HBZSOSection241.16) The Planningand BuildingDepartmentreservesthe rightto revokeAdministrativePermit No.14-006,pursuanttoa publichearingforrevocation,ifanyviolationoftheseconditionsor the HuntingtonBeach Zoning and SubdivisionOrdinanceor MunicipalCode occurs.
