The maximumnumberof students/patronsutilizingthefacilityat anytimeshallnotexceed the numberof parkingspacesallocatedto thetenantspace. Basedonthe occupiedfloor area(approximately1,200sq.ft.)andtheapplicableparkingstandardofoneparkingspace per 200 squarefeet, the numberof parkingspacesallocatedis six (6). Therefore,the number of students shall not exceed six (6) during any session. Additionally,the instructionalarea shall not exceed75 percentof the total floor area occupiedby the personalenrichmentuse,or900squarefeet. Ifthe applicantcandemonstrate(bya parkinganalysis)thatadditionalparkingspacesmay beallocatedtothetenantspace,thentheincreaseinthemaximumnumberof studentsata timemaybepermittedsubjecttoreviewandapprovalbythePlanningDivisionandissuance of a newCertificateof Occupancybythe BuildingDivision.No newAdministrativePermit shallberequired. INFORMATIONONSPECIFICCODEREQUIREMENTS AdministrativePermitNo. 14-006shall not becomeeffectiveuntil the ten-calendarday appealperiodhaselapsed.(HBZSOSection241.14) AdministrativePermitNo. 14-006shallbecomenullandvoid unlessexercisedwithinone year of the date of final approvalor such extensionof time as may be grantedby the Directorpursuantto a writtenrequestsubmittedto thePlanningDepartmenta minimum30 dayspriortotheexpirationdate.(HBZSOSection241.16) The Planningand BuildingDepartmentreservesthe rightto revokeAdministrativePermit No.14-006,pursuantto a publichearingforrevocation,ifanyviolationoftheseconditionsor the HuntingtonBeach Zoning and SubdivisionOrdinanceor MunicipalCode occurs.
