Basedonthe occupiedfloor area(approximately2,304sq.ft.)andtheapplicableparkingstandardofoneparkingspace per200squarefeet,thenumberof parkingspacesallocatediseleven(11). Therefore,the numberofstudentsshallnotexceedeleven(11)duringanysession. The instructionalareashallnotexceed75 percentof the totalfloor areaoccupiedby the personalenrichmentuse,or 1,728squarefeet. The subjectfacilityshall not hostcompetitions,competitiveevents,or live entertainment activities. The office doors at the rear of the tenant space shall remainclosedduring hours of operation. The applicantand/or applicant'srepresentativeshall be responsiblefor ensuringthe accuracyofallplansandinformationsubmittedtotheCityforreviewandapproval.
