IftheprojectissubjecttoPlanningCommissionreview,astaffreportwithafullanalysisofthe
proposalwillbeprepared.Yourplansandsupplementalinformationwillbeattachedtothestaff
report.Acopyofthestaffreportwillbemailedtoyoupriortothehearing;
IftheprojectisscheduledforZoningAdministratorreview,anexecutivesummarywithstaffs
recommendationfor the projectwillbe prepared. A copyof the executivesummarywill be
mailedtoyoupriortothehearing;
If theprojectis scheduledforDesignReviewBoardaction,no staffreportwillbe prepared,
howeverstaffwilladviseyouofthestaffrecommendationpriortothemeeting.
Generally,the completeprocessingtime fi-omsubmittalto finalactionby the reviewingbody and
expirationoftheappealperiodisasfollows:
DesignReviewBoard: 30-45days(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
ZoningAdministrator: 2-3months(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
a PlanningCommission: 4-6months(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
