PleasebeadvisedthattheDepartmentofCommunityDevelopmentreviewstheconceptualplan as a basic requestfor entitlementof the use appliedfor and there may be additional requirementspriorto issuanceof buildingpermits. It is recommendedthat you immediately pursuecompletionoftheconditionsof approvalandaddressallrequirementsofthe Huntington BeachZoningandSubdivisionOrdinanceinorderto expedite,theprocessing/completionofyour project. Within90daysoftheendoftheappealperiodforthisaction,thepropertyownershallobtain fromtheBuildingDivisionallpermitsfortheJacuzzienclosureattherearofthe property. Within 180daysof the endof the appealperiodfor this action,the propertyownershall obtain final approvaland sign off from the BuildingDivisionon permits for all work associatedwiththeJacuzzienclosureattherearoftheproperty. Within30 daysof the issuanceof buildingpermits,a covenantrestrictinguseof the main dwellingortheaccessorydwellingto beowner-occupiedshallbe recordedwiththe County of Orange.
