of your entitlement(s)notifyingyou of the pendinghearingdate within 30 days of receipt of the

Entitlement Deemed Incomplete;additionalinformationis required (e.g., revisedplans,

Thethreescenarioslistedbelowarethesubsequentstepstotheabovenotification:
IftheprojectissubjecttoPlanningCommissionreview,astaffreportwithafullanalysisofthe
proposalwillbeprepared.Yourplansandsupplementalinformationwillbeattachedtothestaff
report.Acopyofthestaffreportwillbemailedtoyoupriortothehearing;
IftheprojectisscheduledforZoningAdministratorreview,anexecutivesummarywithstaff's
recommendationfor the projectwillbe prepared. A copyof the executivesummarywill be
mailedtoyoupriortothehearing;
If theprojectis scheduledforDesignReviewBoard action,no staffreportwillbe prepared,
howeverstaffwilladviseyouofthestaffrecommendationpriortothemeeting.
Generally,the completeprocessingtime fromsubmittalto finalaction by the reviewingbody and
expirationoftheappealperiodis asfollows:
DesignReviewBoard: 30-45days(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
ZofiingAciministrator: 2-3months(dependEntuponffiecompteiitydyour project)
PlanningCommission: 4-6months(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
