howeverstaffwilladviseyouofthestaffrecommendationpriortothemeeting.
Generally,the completeprocessingtime fromsubmittalto fmal action by the reviewingbody and
expirationoftheappealperiodisasfollows:
DesignReviewBoard: 30-45days(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
ZoningAdministrator: 2-3months(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
PlanningCommission: 4-6 months(dependentuponthecomplexityofyourproject)
