combxned w1th planned development and qual1f1ed classxflcatlon In 1ts
approval of Zone Change No 83-12. the Plannlng Comm1ss1on attached a
cond1t1on to Zone Change No 83-12 requ1r1ng the applzcant to f11e a
tentatxve tract map, cond1t1onal use permit and spec1a1 perm't on Lot 10
of Tract 9580 to create a separate 75 un1t condomlnlum development.
