Pacific Coast Magic Pacific Coast Magic is a competitive All Star Cheerleading program in Orange County. Coming into our fourth year, we would like to acquire the space at 7442 Vincent Circle, as it will give us an opportunity for more space and an open layout. We teach tumbling, stunt, and are given the opportunity to play a role in the development of the athlete. We have 5 employees/coaches, including myself that have along history in the cheerleading industry, and take pride in teaching every single athlete that comes to our program. The building we are acquiring to move into is 20,095 sq ft with 2,504 sq ft of office space. The building has ample parking with 50 spaces, two of which are handicap accessible, and it also has a truck loading entrance. There are also 14 additional parking spots directly adjacent to the building that the owner kindly offered us to use after 3:00pm which is when they are closed for business. This is perfect for us since our hours of operation are in the afternoon/evening, from 3:30pm-9:00pm Some of the surrounding facilities include a small auto body shop, an investment company, a 3D and design studio, and the Seabreeze Community Church which is attached to the west side of our building. They too offered their parking if we ever needed additional parking. The purpose of submitting this application is to be able to continue what myself and my staff love doing, which is teaching and coaching young athletes ages 3-25. To continue, we would like the approval of use at 7442 Vincent Circle. We will strive to become active role models for the young athletes in our community for years to come, and looking forward to being in the heart of HB.
