The comments provided in this letter reflect Planning Division review only and should be considered preliminary, subject to change upon receipt of any new information and/or submittal of an entitlement application. GENERAL PLAN/ZONING - The General Plan designation for the subject property is M — sp - d (Mixed Use — Specific Plan Overlay - Design Overlay). The project site is located within the SP14 — FP2 (Beach-Edinger Corridor Specific Plan — Floodplain Overlay) zoning district. REQUIRED PERMITS/ENTITLEMENTS - A building permit is required for the repaving and restriping of the existing parking lot. 1 A IPZR No. 17—O14 October 2. 2017 Page 2 of 2 CODE REQUIREMENTS - The parking stalls shall be double striped as depicted in HBZSO Section 231.14 - Parking Space Dimensions, Diagram A. - The parking plan shall comply with the State Handicap Regulations in the design and number of handicapped parking spaces. - All parking spaces depicted on the building permit plans shall meet the minimum parking space dimensions of 9 ft wide and 19 ft deep (HBZSO 231.14).
