Duringdemolition,grading,sitedevelopment,and/orconstruction,thefollowingshallbeadheredto: Thesite planshallincludeall utilityapparatus,suchas but notlimitedto, backflowdevicesand Edisontransformers. Utility meters shall be screenedfrom view from public right-of-ways. Electrictransformersina requiredfrontorstreetsideyardshallbeenclosedinsubsurfacevaults. Backflowpreventiondevicesshall be not be locatedin the front yard setbackand shall be screenedfromview.(HBZSOSection230.76) All exteriormechanicalequipmentshallbescreenedfromviewonallsides. Rooftopmechanical equipmentshall be setbacka minimumof 15 feet from the exterioredges of the building. Equipmentto be screenedincludes,but is not limitedto, heating,air conditioning,refrigeration equipment,plumbinglines,ductworkandtransformers. Saidscreeningshall be architecturally compatiblewith the buildingin terms of materialsand colors.
