3.3.4A. 2 e & f. It isnot clearwhether the accessway from PCHwill be one-wayor two-way and
whether it meets minimum width requirements. Asturning from PCHin traffic canbe dangerous,it
should beconsideredwhether parkingspaces1 & 9 should be eliminated. Thebuilding would still meet
its parking requirement but it would provide for more room to accessoff of PCH

NeighborhoodNotificationprocessis required. You are encouragedto reviewthe proposed
plansduringbusinesshoursfrom February2, 2017to February13,2017at the Community
DevelopmentDepartment,2000 Main Street, HuntingtonBeach,CA 92648 or contactthe
CommunityDevelopmentDepartmentat (714)536-5271.All commentsmustbe submittedto
theCommunityDevelopmentDepartmentpriorto5:00pmonMonday,February13,2017.
Underthe provisionsof the HuntingtonBeachZoningandSubdivisionOrdinance,the action
takenbythe CommunityDevelopmentDepartmentbecomesfinal,unlessappealed.A person
desiringto appealthe decisionshall file a written notice of appealwith the Community
