The maximumnumberof studentsutilizingthe facilityat any time shall not exceedthe numberof parkingspacesallocatedto the building.Thereare43 parkingspacesprovided on-site.Basedontheoccupiedfloorareaofthebusinesscomplex,40 spacesarerequired to meet the parkingdemandof the existingbusinesses,resultingin three unallocated spaces.Therefore,the numberof studentsforthe proposeduseshallnotexceedthree(3) duringanyinstructionalsession. Asa personalenrichmentuse,theschoolshallnotbepermittedtoofferor advertisemicrobladingor permanentmakeupservicestoanymemberofthepublicwithouta ConditionalUsePermitapproved bythePlanningCommission. All activitiesshallbeconductedentirelywithinthe interiorofthe building.Outdooractivities shallbeprohibitedunlessotherwisepermittedbytheCommunityDevelopmentDepartment. The applicantand/or applicant'srepresentativeshall be responsiblefor ensuringthe accuracyofallplansandinformationsubmittedtotheCityforreviewandapproval. INFORMATIONONSPECIFICCODEREQUIREMENTS AdministrativePermitNo. 17-015shall not becomeeffectiveuntil the ten-calendarday appealperiodhaselapsed.(HBZSOSection241.14) AdministrativePermitNo. 17-015shallbecomenull andvoid unlessexercisedwithinone year of the date of final approvalor such extensionof time as may be grantedby the Directorpursuantto a writtenrequestsubmittedto thePlanningDepartmenta minimum30 dayspriortotheexpirationdate.(HBZSOSection241.16) TheCommunityDevelopmentDepartmentreservestherightto revokeAdministrativePermit No.17-015,pursuanttoa publichearingforrevocation,ifanyviolationoftheseconditionsor the HuntingtonBeach Zoning and SubdivisionOrdinanceor MunicipalCode occurs.
