Proposed classic car auto sale is intended to be orientated towards very high-end auto sales in excess of
$100,000.00 each. Generating revenue for the city as well as bringing car collectors and auto-
enthusiasts' to the show room for one of a kind antique and custom automobiles.
The mixed-use building provides the community with a retail classic car and collector auto sales. It also
provides the community with a place to visit a car culture that the California beach community has made
famous in movies, and throughout history.
The proposed second floor residential duplex is intended to be for year-round rental units.
Unit #1 is two-bedroom, 2 baths 1,452.0 sq. ft. unit a with 2 car garages below.
Unit #2 is two-bedroom, 2 baths 1,375.0 sq. ft. unit with a 2-car garages below.
The second-floor residential units provide the community a place to live and play with in yards of the
ocean. Residential development in this area would bring a renewed and revitalized feel to the
community. We are proposing a more appealing beach style of architecture. Using the Spanish
influence, the beach communities are known for.
