HANDICAP PARKING NOTES Two parallel handicap parking spaces along the central drive can't be made ADA compliant because of cross street slope needed by a drainage condition put on the property. Said condition requires the storage of rain storm runoff in the drives until the peak of the storm passes. The parallel HC spaces also can't be made compliant because of large footing beams under the perimeter of each building's walls and which extend under the sidewalk. Therefore, we will strip one additional space at the north end of 16291 and the south end 16401 in place of the two parallel HC spaces at the front center of the property.
