NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Items # 1, 2, 3, and 4 are categorically exempt from the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Item # 4 is located in the appealable jurisdiction of the
Coastal Zone. The Coastal Development Permit hearing consists of a public hearing, Zoning
Administrator discussion and action. The Zoning Administrator's action may be appealed to the
Planning Commission within 10 working days accompanied by an appeal fee set by City Council
resolution. Item # 1 may be appealed directly to the Coastal Commission, South Coast Area
Office, 200 Oceangate, 10th Floor, Suite 1000, Long Beach, CA 90802-4302, pursuant to
Section 13110 of the California Code of Regulations or if Title 14, Section 13573 of the
California Administrative Code is applicable.
