Theletterwillindicateoneofthefollowingcircumstances: Entitlement Deemed Incomplete; additionalinformation is required (e.g., revised plans, supplementalplans, environmentalinformation,additionalentitlements,etc.);or Entitlement Deemed Complete;the ProjectPlanneris continuingto processyourentitlement(s) and you will be notifiedas to whenyourprojectwill be scheduledfor a hearingby (1) the DesignReviewBoard,(2)theZoningAdministrator,or(3)thePlanningCommission. Thethree scenarioslistedbelowarethesubsequentstepstothe abovenotification: If theprojectis subjecttoPlanning Commissionreview,a staffreportwith a full analysisof the proposalwillbeprepared. Yourplans andsupplementalinformationwillbe attachedto the staff report. Acopyofthe staffreportwill bemailedtoyoupriorto the hearing; If the projectis scheduledforZoning Administrator review,an executivesummarywith staff s recommendationfor the projectwill be prepared. A copy of the executivesummary will be mailedtoyoupriorto thehearing; If the project is scheduledfor Design ReviewBoard action,no staff report will be prepared, howeverstaffwilladviseyouofthe staffrecommendationpriorto themeeting.
