(a) Wellbee fitness is a yoga fitness studio. It will take place in a 1,050 square foo
space at 9046 Adams Avenue in Huntington Beach. We will operate 7 days a
week. Monday-Friday we will operate from 6am-8pm, Saturdays from
7am-12pm, and Sundays from 8am-12pm. There will be 2 employees, 2 working
per shift.

(b) Initiating this application for approval from the city of Huntington Beach
(c) To the west of the location there is a parking lot with a residential
neighborhood behind it, to the east there is Berg Realty, to the north there is a
Jack In The Box and to the south is Pho B (restaurant). The center is anchored
