Alternatively, you may submit a parking analysis for the overall center, demonstrating that there are additional parking spaces available for your use. The parking analysis may be available from the property manager and must include a summary of the other tenants/uses in the center, the square footage of each tenant space or number of seats per food service business, and the overall number of parking spaces in the shopping center.
