Liar, Tii GTC N I3E AC ,} SUBJECT: UPDATE TO RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULES Department: Human Resources Version Number Being Approved: 24.0 Attached are updated Retention Schedules for the above department showing proposed updates in "Track Changes" format. The updates have been reviewed, approved, and made by the City's records management consultant, who specializes in California local government records (Gladwell Governmental Services, Inc.) Per the resolution originally adopting the records retention schedules, updates are authorized to be made without further action by the City Council, but must obtain the consent of the City Clerk, City Manager and City Attorney. Note: The revised schedule reflects all the changes that were previously approved; however, there were several laws that were overturned by the courts, so the Track Changes that remain are the changes from this year(2018), and need to be approved. I have reviewe' .nd approved the pr.posed updates to the Records Retention Schedu -s. i / irj, 'kr/ gid_e_ &"'14 t-//g' T'r ment Hear Date 3/i L///r City Clerk Date Ok."
