NOTICE: 1. Occupancy of any building is prohibited and a business license will not be issued until the building
has been inspected and a certificate of occupancy is issued.
2. No e!ectric-! service will be released for any existing building until the service has been inspected
and certified safe. All applicants for occupancy in an existing building are required to schedule an
electrical 'fuse up' inspection in the Department of Development Services at the time this applica-
tion is filed.
3. Change of occupancy or use irspect?on fee. Whenever it is necessary to make inspection of a build-
ing or premises in order to determine if a change may be made in the character of occupancy or use

4. Huntington Beach Fire Code Section 10.208 requires that building numbers must be a minimum
of four (4) inches in height -A'th one half (Vz) inch stroke, and of a contrasting color from the back-
ground. These numbers must be posted on your building in a location that is visible from the street.
5. Huntington Beach Fire Code Section 10.301 requires fire extinguisher selection and distribution
per the National Fire Protection Association pamphlet 10 (see revers side .

Gentlemen:
On 10-24-83 and it-2-83, and 12-29-83 an inspection was made of the
premises at 15242 Connector, Huntington Beach, Ca. 92647, of which
you are the contractor regarding permits A52060 and E35387.
The inspection revealed the following viol-ktions of applicable codes:
That you procured a building permit and an electrical permit for
interior al+:erations. That the last requested inspection of work done
under the building permit was 10-28-83. That there was one request
for insn,setion of the electrical work, 10-21083, which was done with
the following corrections on 10-2q-83:
1. Need an a-Leetcial plan with circuit and load schedule.
2. Strap flex where needed per code.
3. Job not ready for rough electric.
The inspector made a second stop on 11-•2-83, and requested drywall be
removed for rough inspection. The inspector made a third stop on
12-29-83, again requesting the drywall be removed for an electrical
inspection and a reinspect.ion fee of $16.5P was requested because of
previous non compliance.
Enclosed are copies of all notices and relative permits.
Unless there is positive action regarding compliance of this job, there
will be a complaint filed with the Contractors State License Board,
and a City Attorney's hearing set within fifteen days of this notice.
Title 17 of the City Ordinances consists of all neces�-ary building codes
and the 1979 Uniform Administrative Code of whicfl you are in violation
of Sections 201 and 301.

You are hereby ordered to correct the violations as noted above within
fifteen days from the date of service of this notice. If at the
expiration of this time the violations have no:. been corrected, further
action will be taken as provided for by law.
If we can be of further assistance, please telephone the undersigned
at 536-5444 between the hours of 8:00-9:00 a.m. and 4:00-5:00 p.m.
