Service Extension App ATTACHMENT A NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY On February 22, 2019, the Service Extension Application of FlixBus, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was filed with the California Public Utilities Commission, seeking the extension of its existing passenger stage corporation certificate, PSC-38022 (D. 18-06-007), to facilitate additional regularly scheduled, long-distance bus service within California between the counties of: Alameda, Butte, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Inyo, Kings, Los Angeles, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, Napa, Orange, Placer, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Shasta, Solano, Ventura, and Yolo. The Applicant further seeks to provide connecting service to points in Nevada, Arizona, and Washington. The fares for the service, and proposal for a Zone of Rate Freedom, are provided at Exhibit E to the Application. The service will be operated by Flixbus Partners that own and drive their own buses, commencing with single-decker, 54-seat (or similar) vehicles, and as higher-capacity vehicles are warranted, double-decker, 76-seat (or similar) coaches. A copy of the Application and related exhibits may be made available on the CPUC website and, if not available online, will be furnished by Applicant upon request.
