Elsa Conliffe COMPARED Marguerite Errecarte - - - 0 0 0 - - Minute Rerd Palladino Purchase, Nov.5,1929 The clerk read a letter from Joe Palladino asking that the City allow him to purchase "either all or a portion of Lot 5, Block 301 for residential purchases . The astitterwas referred to Engineer Rosson and the City Controller with instructions to secure an offer from Mr. Palladino for all of that portion of Block 301 not; in use for street purposes. Nov. 198 _192t Engineer Rosson`,and City Controller C. R. Furr submitted a recommendation that the City offer for sale the westerly 49 feet of Lots 1-3-5, Block 301. On motion by Conrad, seconded by Butcher the City Attorney was directed to prepare the necessary resolutions. Dec. 17, 1929 Engineer Rosson was asked to draw lines on Lots 19 2 and 3, Block 301, indicating what portion the City offers for sale, and report back at next meeting. Jan,7, 1929 Action in the matter of sale of a portion of Lots 1,3 and 5. Block 301 was deferred until next meeting. Feb.4,1929 Mr. Rosson submitted a tulip showing the location of house owned by Roe Palladino on Lot 71 Block 301 and how property could be improved by sale of a portion of Lots 1,3 and 5, Block 301. Mr. Rosson was directed to confer with Mr. Palladino and, report at next meeting. DOW Feb. 190 1929 Engineer Rosson stated that he had nothing Xj to report on the sale of Lots 1,3 and 5 Block 301 to Palladino. Mar.4,1929 On motion by r t$ sg -seconded by Harris the Clerk was instructed to advertise part of Lots 1,3 and 5, Block 301 for sale. Apr. 1, 1929 This being the date set by' the Council for opening and receiving bids for the sale of a portion of Lot s1,3 and 5, Bl. 301; the Clerk opened and read .the proposal of auisseppi Palladino in the amount of $100.00. There being no other bids, on motion by 'Conrad, seconded by Butcher the bid of Guisseppi Palladino was accepted the the attorney directed to prepare the necessary Resolution authorizing the City to issue deed. April 9,1929 Resolution authorizing the sale of Lots 1,3 and 5, was deferred until next meeting. April 15,1929 Attorney Blodget asked for additional time in which to prepare papers_ covering transfer of lots to Joe Palladino'. May 13, 1929 Palladino deed not yet ready. Deed recorded Mar. 21, 1930 Feb. 6, 1933 On motion by Huston, seconded by Marion the offer of $250.00 by Joe Palladino for the purchase of a portion of Lots 1,2 and 3. Block 301 was accepted, payable $25.00 cash and the Balanoe r at the rate of $25.00 per month, plys interest at 7%. The R motion authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract on behalf of the City. Oct. 19, 1933 The Clerk presented and read Resolution No. 699 authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute deed to Joe Palladino et ux covering pcmtions: of Lots 1, 3 5, Block 301.
