CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a municipal corporation, Second Party, W I T N E S SETH• First Party, in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 }dollars ($I0.00) , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby sells to, assigns, sets over and conveys to Second Party, its successors and assigns, without any warranty expressed or implied whatsoever, that certain personal property described as 2000 feet of a 2-inch pipe line, 1800 feet of a 2z-inch pipe line and 2300 feet of a 3-inch pipe line located in portions of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter, the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter, the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter all in Section Thirteen, Township Six South, Range Eleven West, S.B.B. & M. , and a portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as per map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, State of California the route of said pipe line more particularity shown in red on Exhibit "At°, attached hereto and made a part hereof. It is specifically understood and agreed that First Party does not convey directly or indirectly any right, title easement or interest in the form of a right of way, nor any privilege of any kind permitting Second Party to keep, maintain or operate said personal property on the land on which they are at present constructed. Councilmen Present : Gisler, Stewart , Welch, Lambert Councilmen Absent : Wells The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works of Bill of Sale documents from Standard Oil Company for water pipelines' serving consumers in an area bordering Hamilton Avenue , between Newland Street and a point beyond Cannery Street ; and recommending that Council accept the documents and authorize their execution. On motion by Welch , seconded by Stewart , Council approved the recommendation of the Director of Public Works , and accepted the Bill of Sale documents from Standard Oil Company for water pipelines , and authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same on behalf of the City. Motion carried. On motion by Stewart seconded by Lambert the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach adjourned, to Monday, April 27th, 1964. Motion carried. Paul C.
