A-86 and 87, dated May 29, 1962, executed by Mr. John C. Norton, et al, owners of the property. This deed was executed in consideration of the sum of $900.00, as set forth in the letter of transmittal attached to said deed, to be paid to the owner as payment for the parcel for park purposes to the City of Huntington Beach. Accordingly, it is recommended that the City of Huntington Beach accept said grant deed, and authorize payment of the amount as set forth in said letter of transmittal, to the owner; payment to be delayed pending receipt of notice from this office that payment may be made. It is suggested that the grant deed be approved as to descrip- tion, and, if required, the City's approval of the letter of transmittal from the grantor.
