This deed was executed in consideration, of the slam of $450.00, as set forth in the letter of transmittal attached to .said deed, to be paid to the owner as payment for the parcel for park purposes to the City of Huntington Beach. Accordingly, its recommended that the City of Huntington Beach accept said grant deed, and authorize payment of the amount as sat forth in said letter of transmittal, to the owner; payment to be delayed pending receipt of notice from this office that payment may be made.
