and 4-036, 114-361-01.
In this regard it will be necessary for you to also
forward to us, attention of the undersigned, the legal
description and recordation data (book and page number)
for each parcel.
It is suggested that when requests for tax cancellation
are prepared in the future, that such requests be signed
by your City Attorney before they are transmitted to us.
This will greatly expedite final processing.
