This deed was executed in consideration of the sum of $900,00) as set forth in the letter of transmittal attached to said deed to be paid to the owners as payment for the parcel for park purposes to the City of Huntington Beach. Accordingly, it is recommended that the City of Huntington Beach accept said grant deed, and authorise payment of the amount as set forth in said letter of transmittal, to the owners; payment to be delayed pending receipt of notice from this office that payment may be made.
