MOZLEY, Tax Collector of the County of Orange , State of California, first party, and the City of Huntington Beach , second party, W I T N E S S E T H THAT WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described was duly sold and conveyed to the State of California for the non-payment of taxes which had been legally levied and which were a lien upon said, property; and WHEREAS , in conformity with the provisions of Division 1 , Part 6,- Chapter 8, Article 2 of the Revenue and Taxation.
