EXCERPT FROM MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL "MINUTES Council Chamber, City Hall Huntington Beach, California Monday, April 20, 1964 or Lambert called the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach to order at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Councilmen Present: Gisler, Stewart, Welch, Lambert Councilmen Absent: Wells The Clerk presented a transmittal from Land Acquisition Service, Inc. of a grant deed covering Parcel B-128 in the Murdy Park site, from Michael Noyes, Nancy LaFave Lois M. Rogers and Jenne L. Walker, to the City, at a cost to the City of 1450.00. On motion by Stewart, seconded by welch, Council accepted the deed from Michael Noyes, Nancy rave, Lois M. Rogers and Jenne L. Walker$ and auth- orized the Clerk to return it to Land Acquisition Service for recording; and authorized payment to the grantors in the total amount of S450.00, when ap- proved by Land Acquisition Company. Motion carried. On motion by Stewart seconded by Lambert the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach adjournedil to On ay, pr 27th, 1964. Motion carried.
