Lambert, Shipley Councilmen Absent: _Bane The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Land Acquisition Service, Inca of a grant deed covering Parcel No. B•140 in the Hardy Park Site from W, Z. Young to the City, at a cost to the City of $450.00. On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council accepted the deed from W.8. Young, and authorised the Clerk to return it to Land Acquisition Service for recording; and authorised ppaayyma�nt to the grantor in the amount of $450.00, when approved by Land Acquisition Company.
