Councilmen Present: Welch- Gisler_ atawrt- Lambere- Shigla _ Councilmen Absent: gene The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Land Acquisition Service, Inc. of a Quitclaim deed covering Parcels Nos. A•14 and A•66 in the Murdy Park Site from Charles P. ,MCKens a and Marvel B. MCKensie to the City, at a coat to the City of ,$2,150.00. On motion byy Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Council accepted the Quitclaim fro® Charles P. Iftlansie and Marvel B. MclCensaie, and authorized the Clerk to return it to Land Acquisition Service for recording; and authorised .payment to the grantors in the total amount of $2,150.001, when approved by Land Acquisition Service. Dear Sir.- Transmitted herewith for acceptance by the City of Huntington Beach is Quitclaim Deed, Parcels Nos.A-14 and A-66, dated April 14th, 1964, executed by Charles P. McKenzie and Marvel B. McKenzie, owners of property. This deed was executed in consideration of the sum of 2,150-00, as set forth in said Quitclaim Deed, to be paid to the owners as payment for the parcel for park purposes. Accordingly, it is recommended that the City of Huntington Beach accept said Quitclaim Deed, and authorize payment of the amount set forth therein, to the owners; payment to be delayed pending receipt of notice from this office that payment be made. The enclosed Stipulation for Dismissal„ signed by Mr. McKenzie, is submitted for your use.
