WYLIE CARLYLE, County Recorder FLEE THIS EASEMENT, dated the 31st day of July, 1967, by and between UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" and the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", WITNE--S-- SETH FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA hereby GRANTS to the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH an easement for street and highway purposes in, over and upon that certain real property in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: PARCEL 1: The northerly 30.00 feet of the southerly 60.00 feet of the westerly 436.50 feet of the easterly 466.50 feet of the southeasterly quarter of the southeasterly quarter of Section 24, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. PARCEL 2: The westerly 20.00 feet of the easterly ,50.00 feet of the northerly 406.50 feet of the southerly 466.50 feet of the southeasterly quarter of the southeasterly quarter of Section 24, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas as shown on said map aforementioned in Parcel 1 above described, excepting the northerly 166.88 feet. PARCEL 3: That portion of said southeasterly quarter of the southeasterly quarter of Section 24, Township 5 South, Range 11 West aforementioned in Parcel 1 above described, described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of said Parcel 1 with the westerly line of Parcel 2, thence along the northerly line of said Parcel 1 North 89° 32' 38" West 30.08 feet to the beginning :of a tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence easterly, northeasterly, and northerly along the arc of said curve thru a central angle of 90° 09' 00" an arc length of 47.20 feet to a point in said westerly line of Parcel 2 above described; said curve also being tangent to said westerly line; thence along said westerly line South 00 18' 22" West 30.08 feet to the point of beginning. r � , "A~ Boor,8369 56 SUBJECT TO all valid and existing licenses, leases, grants, exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions and restrictions affecting said real property.
