A strip of land 10.00 feet in width in the northeast quarter of
Section 28, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho La Bolsa
Chica, City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
as shun on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 13 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, the northerly line of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot l of Tract No. 5331 as
per map recorded in Book 231, pages 15, 16 and 17 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said County; thence along the south line of said
Tract north 890 25' 1411 east 288.82 feet.
The sidelines of said strip shall terminate easterly in the
southerly prolongation of the centerline of Frans Lane as shown on
said Tract, and westerly in the southeasterly continuation of the 50-
foot radials curve which forms the easterly line of said Lot 1.
In Witness Whereof, said corporation has caused its corporate name and seal to be affixed hereto and this instru-
ment to be executed by its President and Secretary

B or in the Conditions and Stipulations, said mortgage being shown in Schedule
B in the order of its priority.

That portion of the North half of Section 28, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian in the Rancho La Bolsa Chica, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 51, pages 13 and following of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the South line of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 28 with the Southeasterly line of that certain strip of land 196.00 feet in
width of the Orange County Flood Control District as described in an Easement Deed
recorded in Book 7091, page 32 of Official Records of Orange County recorded June
16, 1964; thence North 890 15' 02" East along said South line of the Northwest quarter
of Section 28, 200.00 feet; thence North 0° 44' 58" West along a line perpendicular to
said South line 20.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing along
said last mentioned line North 0° 44' 58" West 80.68 feet to its intersection with
