I A G R E E M E N T S 1. Reservations : Union excepts and reserves unto itself, its successors and assigns, all rights in the easement not inconsistent with the rights hereby granted, including b#t not limited to all access and abutter' s rights appurtenant to the Grantor' s adjoining real property, including but not limited to the free and unrestricted right , from time to time, to construct buildings or other structures fronting on Golden West Avenue subject to all applicable ordinances and regulations which may be in effect from time to time, and to construct and use driveway approaches extending to the paving, now or in the future installed in and along Golden West Avenue at locations to be selected by Union to provide access to and from the adjoining real property and buildings , structures or other improvements constructed upon the adjoining real property. City agrees to pay Union in full and promptly upon demand for , any and all loss of or damage to Union' s property caused by City by, or resulting from any of City ' s operatior}s hereunder or in connection here- with.
