8 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Huntington Beach, a
9 municipal corporation, is the owner of the property described as :
10 The south 330 feet , more or less , of the
north 994 feet, more or less, of the west
11 one-half of the east one-half of the north-
west one-quarter of the northeast one-
12 quarter of Section 26, Township 5 South,
Range 11 West , San Bernardino base and
13 meridian in the City of Huntington Beach,
County of Orange, State of California,
14 together with improvements thereon.
15 and that said City of Huntington Beach has been granted funds from
16 the Department of Housing and Urban Development for the develop-
17 ment of the above described property as a park site, and as a
18 condition of obtaining said funds the City is required to record

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
AND RECORDING OF A DEED RESTRICTION ON OAKVIEW
PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach has acquired
the property hereinafter described, and the Department of
Housing and Urban Development has approved a grant of funds
for the acquisition and development of such property as a
park site; and
A condition precedent to the granting of such funds
to City is that City record a restriction on the property
indicating that the property or any interest therein may not
be sold, leased or otherwise transferred without the prior
written approval of the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development, his designee, or any successor thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows : The
appropriate city officials are hereby authorized to execute
a deed restriction document to the property described as :
The south 330 feet , more or less , of
the north 994 feet , more or less , of
the west one-half of the east one-half
of the northwest one-quarter of the
northeast" one-quarter of Section 26 ,
Township 5 South, Range 11 West , San

4. Priority over said mortgage, at the date hereof, of any lien or encumbrance
not shown or referred to in Schedule B, or excluded from coverage in Schedule
B or in the Conditions and Stipulations, said mortgage being shown in Schedule
B in the order of its priority.

ascertained by an inspection of said land or by making inquiry of persons in possession thereof.
3. Easements, claims of easement or encumbrances which are not shown by the public records.
4. Discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage in area, encroachments, or any other facts which
