A Right of Way for two pipe lines over said land as conveyed to Standard Oil Company by deed recorded December 3, 1920 in Book 380, page 173 of Deeds. Said deed provides that said lines to be laid on a strip of land 3 feet wide, the Easterly boundary of which is a line West of, parallel with and 30 feet distant from the Easterly boundary of said Section. Said strip extend- ing from the Northerly to the Southerly boundary line of said land. 4. A Right of Way for pole lines over said land, as conveyed to Standard Oil Company by deed recorded January 22, 1923 in Book 453, page 115 of Deeds. Said deed provides that said right of way shall be erected West of and as close as practicable to a line which is parallel with and 30 feet West of the East boundary of said land (said line being the West line of Golden West Street) and extending from the North line of said land to the South line thereof. Said poles to be erected West of and in line with poles now erected in street between pipe line of Standard Oil Company now on said land and West line of Golden West Street and close against said West line of Golden West Street. 5. A Slope Easement for street construction purposes as set forth in an instrument recorded in Book 8922, page 992 of Official Records, over the West 13 feet of the East 43 feet of said land.
