South, Range 11 West, as per map recorded in book 51 , page 13, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said county, described as follows :
Parcel 1 (Water Easement) : A strip of land 10 feet wide lying 5
feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the south quarter section corner of said section as
shown on a map filed in book 5, page 10 of Records of Surveys in the
office of said County Recorder; being also the centerline intersection
of Warner Avenue (formerly Wintersburg Avenue) and Edwards Street; thence
along the centerline of said Warner Avenue south 890 26' 33" east 629.71
feet; thence north 00 33' 27" east 60.00 feet to a point on the northerly
line of said Warner Avenue, said point being the true point of beginning;
thence north 0° 33' 27" east 60.00 feet to a point hereinafter referred

tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 95 feet;

The sidelines of said strip shall be prolonged or shortened so as to
terminate in said easterly line.

DEED CERTIFICATION
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed
by the deed dated September 29, 1970
fXrom Casa Monterrey Investment Company to the City
of Huntington Beach , a municipal corporation, is hereby accepted
by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council
of the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH pursuant to the authority con-
ferred by resolution of the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach adopted on June 3, 1968, and the grantee consents to the
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
