Township 5 South, Range 11 West in the Rancho La Bolsa Chica, City of Huntington Beach,,

272 pages 32 and 33 of said Maps, being a point in the center line of Graham Street
84.00 feet in width;; thence South 00 401 30" East along said center line 388.69 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence North 890 38' 50" East 594.26 feet, parallel with
the Southerly line of said Tract No. 7090 to the Westerly line of the Easterly three
quarters of the South half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 16; thence South 0'
