The Effect of a Corporate Fiduciary Deed dated June 15, 19670 executed by Union Bank, a banking corporation, as Executor of the Estate of Caroline Etchemendy, deceased, purporting to convey an undivided 15/48th of 1/36th interest in the mineral rights under the herein described and other land to Juanita Murphy, James P.
