Councilmen Present : Coen, Bartlett, Gisler, Kaufman, Stewart, Greene Shipley Councilmen Absent : None EADER PARK SITE - AGREEMENT The City Administrator informed the Council that the three acres adjacent to Eader School site were available on a three-year lease purchase agreement from the Huntington Beach Elementary School District . On motion by Green, Council directed the Administrator to proceed with the acquisition of the property adjacent to the Eader School through a three year lease-purchase agreement . Motion carried.
