parking authority project during the Pendencyof Condemnation proceedings, a certified
copy of said Resolution was recorded December 8, 1969 in Book 9157, page 388 of Official
Records, to which record reference is made for full particulars.

ness of $10,000.00, and any other amounts payable under the terms thereof, recorded
